This website may be used without entering personal information. We do not collect any personal information from you deliberately and in case you give us such information proactively (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number) we process such information in accordance with the provisions of German data protection laws and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not forward your personal information to any third party unless asked to do so by you or required to do so by law. We do not transfer personal information to any so called third countries as per GDPR.

For technical reasons we collect log information that may contain the type and version of the browser you use, the operating system, the websites that linked you to our site (referrer URL), websites that you visit, the date and time of your visit and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. We collect this data according to GDPR Art. 6 (1) f.

Log information is only stored for short periods of time (max. one month) to allow for error analysis and performance evaluation. We do not connect this data in any way with personal information that you may have provided to us.

Information / Cancellation / Deletion / Complaint

On the basis of the GDPR, you may contact us free of charge if you have questions relating to the collection, processing or use of your personal information, if you wish to request information on stored personal data, the correction, blocking or deletion of the same, or if you wish to cancel explicitly granted consent. Please note that you have the right to have incorrect data corrected or to have personal data deleted, where such claim is not barred by any legal obligation to retain this data.

Additionally you are able to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. This may be your EU member state data protection officer or authority.
